氟比洛芬酯联合右美托咪定超前镇痛对老年髋关节置换术患者疼痛及认知功能影响

摘　　要：目的探究在行老年髋关节置换术超前镇痛患者接受氟比洛芬酯联合右美托咪定效果。方法非随机选取新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院于2023年8月—2024年2月收治的68例行全髋关节置换术老年患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各34例。对照组右美托咪定超前镇痛,观察组联合氟比洛芬酯,对比两组的疼痛程度、认知功能及不良反应。结果观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后1 d认知功能评分为(27.48±1.36)分,高于对照组的(26.61±1.82)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.233,P<0.05)。观察组术后不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超前镇痛中应用氟比洛芬酯联合右美托咪定方案可降低疼痛及不良反应,改善认知功能。Objective To investigate the effect of flurbiprofen axidate combined with dexmedetomidine in advanced analgesia in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from August 2023 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with thirty-four cases each.Dexmedetomidine preemptive analgesia in control group,observation group combined with flurbiprofen exate,pain degree,cognitive function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The one days after operation cognitive function score of the observation group was 27.48±1.36,which was higher than 26.61±1.82 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.233,P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axidate combined with dexmedetomidine can reduce pain and adverse reactions and improve cognitive function in preemptive analgesia.
