肺叶切除术中新斯的明与舒更葡糖钠的肌松拮抗效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨肺叶切除术中新斯的明与舒更葡糖钠的肌松拮抗效果。方法非随机选取2022年10月—2024年2月连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治的82例实施肺叶切除术的患者为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为两组,各41例,对照组应用新斯的明拮抗肌松作用,观察组应用舒更葡糖钠拮抗肌松作用,对比两组的苏醒质量、循环指标、血气指标水平。结果观察组自主呼吸恢复时间为(4.35±1.01)min,睁眼时间为(7.38±1.33)min,麻醉清醒时间为(37.26±4.53)min,均短于对照组的(6.24±1.27)min、(8.26±1.41)min、(44.38±7.04)min,差异有统计学意义(t=7.458、2.907、5.446,P均<0.05)。观察组的循环指标及血气指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论肺叶切除术中罗库溴铵-舒更葡糖钠肌松拮抗效果更加理想,可有效提高患者苏醒质量。Objective To explore the antagonistic effect of mismermine and Sugammadex sodium on muscle relaxation in lobectomy.Methods A total of eighty-two patients undergoing pulmonary lobotomy treated in Ganyu District People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from October 2022 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with neosmin for the antagonistic muscle relaxation effect,and the observation group was treated with Sugammadex sodium for the antagonistic muscle relaxation effect.The recovery quality,circulation index and blood gas index were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the recovery time of spontaneous respiration was(4.35±1.01)min,the opening time of eyes was(7.38±1.33)min,and the waking time of anesthesia was(37.26±4.53)min,which were shorter than(6.24±1.27)min,(8.26±1.41)min and(44.38±7.04)min in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.458,2.907,5.446,all P<0.05).The circulation indexes and blood gas indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The antagonistic effect of rocuronium bromide and Sugammadex sodium muscle pine in pulmonary lobectomy is more ideal,which can effectively improve the recovery quality of patients.
