鼻内镜手术联合鼻喷布地奈德治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉采用鼻内镜手术与鼻喷布地奈德联合治疗的作用。方法按照治疗方式的不同,将非随机选取的2020年3月—2024年1月高邮市人民医院收治的156例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者分为对照组(78例,行鼻内镜手术治疗)和研究组(78例,行鼻内镜手术治疗,且术后1个月使用布地奈德)。对比两组临床疗效、并发症发生率以及鼻腔通气功能。结果研究组临床疗效[98.72%(77/78)]相比于对照组[89.74%(70/78)]更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.245,P<0.05)。相比于对照组,研究组鼻腔通气功能更优,并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉时使用布地奈德,能够提高临床疗效,鼻腔通气功能得以改善,且并发症发生率较低。Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with nasal spray budesonide in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods According to different treatment methods,156 patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps admitted to Gaoyou People's Hospital from March 2020 to January 2024 were non-randomly selected and divided into the control group(78 cases,underwent endoscopic surgery)and the study group(78 cases,underwent endoscopic surgery and received budesonide one month after surgery).The clinical efficacy,complication rate and nasal ventilation function of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group[98.72%(77/78)]was higher than that of the control group[89.74%(70/78)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.245,P<0.05).The nasal ventilation function of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had better nasal ventilation function and lower complication rate,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps,budesonide can improve clinical efficacy,improve nasal ventilation function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
