摘　　要：目的探析喘息性支气管炎患者应用氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性选取巨野县人民医院于2022年3月—2023年12月收治的100例喘息性支气管炎患者的临床资料。按照给药方式不同分为两组,每组50例。常规组采用氨溴索单一给药,研究组在常规组的给药方案上加用布地奈德治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后炎症因子水平。结果与常规组疗效82.00%(41/50)相比较,研究组98.00%(49/50)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。治疗后,与常规组相比较,研究组hs-CRP、IL-6水平较更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论喘息性支气管应用炎氨溴索、布地奈德联合治疗效果明显,可减轻炎症反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected retrospectively.They were divided into two groups according to different administration methods,with 50 cases in each group.Ambroxol was used as a single administration in the conventional group,and budesonide was added to the administration regimen in the study group.The effective rate of treatment and the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 82.00%(41/50)in the conventional group,the total effective rate of the study group 98.00%(49/50)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the conventional group,the hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis is effective and can reduce inflammation.
