腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析采用腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝患者的优势。方法非随机选取2022年7月—2023年7月泗水县人民医院收治的80例成人腹股沟疝患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组40例患者。开放式无张力疝修补术组施行开放式无张力疝修补术治疗;腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术组行腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗。对比两组的手术指标与并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术组的手术时间、切口长度、术后排气时间、住院时间均优于开放式无张力疝修补术组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术组并发症总发生率为2.5%(1/40),低于开放式无张力疝修补术组的20.0%(8/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝具有手术时间短、术后恢复快的特点,且并发症发生率相对较低,安全性较高。Objective To analyse the advantages of using laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair to treat adult patients with inguinal hernia.Methods Eighty cases of adult inguinal hernia patients admitted to Sishui County People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with forty patients in each group.The open tension-free hernia repair group was treated with open tension-free hernia repair;the laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair group was treated with laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair.The surgical indexes and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results The operative time,incision length,postoperative venting time,and hospitalisation time of the laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair group were better than those of the open tensionfree hernia repair group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate in the laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair group was 2.5%(1/40),which was lower than the 20.0%(8/40)in the open tension-free hernia repair group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Con⁃clusion Laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal hernia repair for the treatment of inguinal hernia in adults is characterised by a short operative time,rapid postoperative recovery,and a relatively low complication rate with a high degree of safety.
