射频闭合联合硬化治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析射频闭合联合硬化治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张患者的效果。方法回顾性选取2022年5月—2023年5月在巨野县人民医院接受治疗的90例下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组采用经射频闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗,对照组采用经射频闭合术+肿胀液治疗。对比两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、凝血指标及炎性指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的73.33%(33/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.879,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组凝血指标及炎性指标均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论经射频闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗疗效较好,且并发症少,可改善凝血指标及炎性指标。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency closure combined with sclerotherapy on patients with primary lower limb varicose veins.Methods Clinical data of ninety patients with lower limb varicose veins treated in Juye County People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with forty-five cases in each group.The observation group was treated with radiofrequency closure combined with foam hardener injection,and the control group was treated with radiofrequency closure combined with swelling fluid.The clinical efficacy,complication rate,coagulation index and inflammatory index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 73.33%(33/45)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.879,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the coagulation index and inflammatory index of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency closure combined with foam hardener injection has better curative effect and less complications,and can also improve coagulation index and inflammatory index.
