经皮微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术在胸腰段脊柱骨折治疗中的应用研究

摘  要:目的探讨经皮微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术在胸腰段脊柱骨折中的应用效果。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月于涟水县人民医院行手术治疗的胸腰段脊柱骨折患者81例,以术式差异分为对照组(40例,开放式椎弓根内固定术)与观察组(41例,经皮微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术)。对两组手术指标、脊柱形态与并发症进行分析比较。结果相较于对照组,观察组切口长度更短,术中失血量更少,术后相关指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.44%(1/41),较对照组20.00%(8/40)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.322,P<0.05)。结论在胸腰段脊柱骨折的治疗中,经皮微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术的安全性高,术后脊柱形态恢复好。Objective To investigate the application of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods A total of eighty-one patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture who underwent surgical treatment in Lianshui County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were nonrandomly selected and divided into control group(forty cases,open pedicle internal fixation)and observation group(forty-one cases,percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation)according to the differences in surgical methods.The surgical indexes,spinal morphology and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incision length in the observation group was shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,and the postoperative relevant indexes were better,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 2.44%(1/41),which was lower than 20.00%(8/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.322,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fracture,percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation is safe and the spinal shape can be recovered well.
