联用氨溴索与布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿肺炎联用氨溴索与布地奈德临床治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2023年1—11月临沂市中医医院收治的90例新生儿肺炎患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同分为单一用药组和联合用药组,每组45例。单一用药组应用氨溴索治疗,联合用药组应用氨溴索、布地奈德治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间、治疗前后血清炎症水平。结果联合用药组治疗总有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于单一用药组的82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。治疗后联合用药组临床症状消失时间、血清炎症水平低于单一用药组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论以氨溴索联合布地奈德治疗新生儿肺炎效果较好,能降低患儿机体炎症反应,加速症状消失。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with budesonide on neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of ninety cases of neonatal pneumonia treated in Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to November 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into single drug group and combination drug group,with 45 cases in each group.The single drug group was treated with ambroxol,and the combined drug group was treated with ambroxol and budesonide.The total effective rate of treatment,the time when clinical symptoms disappeared and the serum inflammation level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined drug group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 82.22%(37/45)of the single drug group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).After treatment,the time of clinical symptom disappearance and serum inflammation level of the combined drug group were lower than those of the single drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,which can reduce the body inflammatory response and accelerate the disappearance of symptoms.
