火针联合白癜胶囊治疗稳定期白癜风肝肾不足证的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨火针联合白癜胶囊对稳定期白癜风肝肾不足证患者的治疗效果。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月苏州市中医医院收治的80例稳定期白癜风肝肾不足证患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组应用白癜胶囊治疗,观察组于此基础上联合火针疗法。比较两组白癜风面积评分指数(Vitiligo Area Score Index,VASI)、中医症候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗8周及12周后,观察组VASI评分为(2.69±0.54)分和(1.38±0.46)分,均低于对照组的(3.11±0.58)分和(1.81±0.54)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.352、3.834,P均<0.05);观察组头晕耳鸣、颜色纯白、腰膝酸软、脱色斑内毛发变白、失眠多梦评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论予以稳定期白癜风肝肾不足证患者火针联合白癜胶囊可有效缩小皮损面积,促进症状缓解,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fireneedle combined with purpura capsule on patients with stable vitiligo syndrome of liver and kidney insufficiency.Methods A total of eighty patients diagnosed with stable vitiligo and liver and kidney insufficiency admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects,and they were divide into an observation group and a control group according to the different treatment methods,with forty cases in each group.The control group received purpura capsules while the observation group underwent fire needle therapy on this basis.The Vitiligo Area Score Index(VASI),various traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The VASI scores were 2.69±0.54 and 1.38±0.46 in the observation group after 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,lower than 3.11±0.58 and 1.81±0.54 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.532,3.834,both P<0.05).The observation group had lower scores for dizziness,tinnitus,pure white color,waist and knee tenderness,white hair in decolorized spots,insomnia,and dreaminess compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of fire needle and purpura capsule can effectively reduce the area of skin lesions,promote symptom relief,and ensure high safety in patients with stable vitiligo syndrome accompanied by liver and kidney insufficiency.
