含乌梅紫云英的组方对过敏性鼻炎人群的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探索含乌梅紫云英的组方对过敏性鼻炎人群的临床疗效。方法非随机选取2023年8—10月北京市平谷区医院收治的20例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组(含乌梅紫云英的组方联合西替利嗪)与对照组(安慰剂联合西替利嗪),各10例。对比两组血清因子水平、过敏性鼻炎症状改善情况、迷你型鼻结膜过敏性生活质量问卷评分差值。结果治疗后观察组嗜酸粒细胞趋化因子为(17.18±4.6)ng/L、白细胞介素16为(64.32±14.04)ng/L,均低于对照组的(25.36±6.18)ng/L、(79.63±17.39)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.352、2.166,P均<0.05)。观察组视觉模拟评分表中眼睛痒痛/流泪治疗前后差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻眼生活质量调查量表评分中流泪困扰程度上治疗前后差值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含乌梅紫云英的组方联合西替利嗪能在一定程度上改善患者的血清指标和炎症反应,缓解临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of a formula containing Wumei Ziyunying in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of twenty patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Pinggu District Hospital in Beijing from August to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group(combination of Wumei Ziyunying and cetirizine)and control group(placebo and cetirizine),with ten cases in each group.The serum factor level,the improvement of allergic rhinitis symptoms,and the difference in the score of the mini-type rhinoconjunctival allergic quality of life questionnaire were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the eosinophil chemokines and interleukin 16 in the observation group were(17.18±4.6)ng/L and(64.32±14.04)ng/L,both lower than(25.36±6.18)ng/L and(79.63±17.39)ng/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.352,2.166,both P<0.05).The difference of itchy/tearful eyes before and after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of tearing disturbance before and after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wumei Ziyunying and cetirizine can improve the serum indicators and inflammatory response of patients to a certain extent,and alleviate clinical symptoms.
