摘 要:该文基于运动生物力学理论,对健美操动作技术进行了系统分析,并提出了优化策略。通过对跳跃类、平衡类、柔韧类和力量类动作的深入分析,揭示了各类动作的力学特征和潜在问题。在此基础上,从动作效率、稳定性、伤害风险及美观度4个方面提出了优化建议。研究结果表明,科学合理的动作技术不仅能提升运动表现,还能有效降低运动损伤风险,增强健美操的整体效果和观赏性。Based on the theory of sports biomechanics,this paper conducts a systematic analysis of aerobics movement techniques and puts forward optimization strategies.Through in-depth analysis of jumping,balancing,flexibility and strength movements,the mechanical characteristics and potential problems of different movements are revealed.On this basis,optimization suggestions are put forward from four aspects:movement efficiency,stability,injury risk and aesthetics.The research results show that scientific and reasonable movement techniques can not only improve sports performance,but also effectively reduce the risk of sports injuries and enhance the overall effect and ornamental value of aerobics.
