摘　　要：该文聚焦于“学—练—评”一体化背景下的警察体能训练发展问题。通过对“学—练—评”一体化理念的深入剖析,该文提出了警察体能训练发展的具体策略,旨在探索并构建一套行之有效的发展体系,以全面提升警察体能训练的效果与质量,确保训练活动在理论学习、实操练习及效果评估3个环节间形成良性互动与协同增效。通过深入探索与研究,该文期望为警察体能训练的科学化、系统化提供有力支撑。As an advanced teaching concept,the integration of learning,practice and evaluation can further improve the systematization of police physical training,and ensure that police officers continuously improve their actual combat ability through theoretical learning,better coping with the tasks and challenges in daily work.This paper analysis the connotation of the integration of"learning-training-evaluation",and puts forward the strategy of coordinated development of police physical training under this concept,aiming to provide reliable guidance for the development of police physical training activities.
