基于视频分析技术的乒乓球多球训练研究

摘　　要：视频分析技术作为一种先进的技术手段,已被广泛应用于多个领域。近年来,该技术也被引入体育运动训练中,尤其在乒乓球多球训练中取得了良好的实施效果。为进一步探究视频分析在提升乒乓球多球训练效果中的作用,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,深入分析了视频分析技术在乒乓球多球训练中的应用意义,并提出了基于视频分析技术的多球训练法实施策略。这些策略旨在有效提升乒乓球运动员的技术技能,全面增强乒乓球多球运动训练的整体效果。Video analysis technology is an advanced technical means,which is applied in various fields.In recent years,video analysis technology has also been applied in sports training,and good implementation results have been obtained.In order to further reveal the effect of video analysis in improving the multi-ball training of table tennis,this paper analysis the application significance of video analysis technology in table tennis multi-ball training,and puts forward the implementation strategy for multi-ball training based on video analysis technology,aiming to effectively improve table tennis players'technical skills and comprehensively improve the effect of table tennis multi-ball training.
