公安院校警务水上救生课程实战化教学改革研究——以新疆警察学院为例

摘　　要：为营救溺水人员、争取黄金救援时间、有效处置水上突发事故、最大限度维护人民群众的生命财产安全,培养专业的警务水上救援人才迫在眉睫,该文分析了公安院校警务水上救生课程的基本内涵、开设现状及面临的困境。课程中存在的问题包括:师资力量薄弱、训练场地受限、教学内容与实际脱节、考核方式单一、科技含量偏低等。针对这些问题,该文提出以下建议:强化师资培训,打造专业讲师团队;优化合作机制,高效利用实训场地;科学编写教学大纲,及时调整教学内容;改革考核办法,切实提升救生能力;强化科技兴警,配备新型救援装备。这些建议旨在为公安院校更好地开展警务水上救生课程、培养合格的警务水上救生人才提供参考与借鉴。Water rescue is a noble cause of saving drowning people and rescuing from disaster,and a concrete manifestation of humanitarian spiritual civilization construction.Cultivating professional police water rescue talents is of great significance for rescuing drowning personnel,striving for golden rescue time,effectively handling water accidents,and maintaining the safety of people's lives and property.By using methods such as literature review,logical analysis,interviews,and field investigation,this paper expounds the basic connotation of the course Police Water Rescue and analyzes the current situation of the course offered by public security colleges.It is believed that there are problems in the course offered by public security colleges,such as insufficient police force,weak teaching staff,poor police camps,limited teaching venues,unclear"police colors",distorted teaching content,lack of police situations,single assessment methods,poor equipment conditions,and low technological content.It is proposed to do a good job in top-level design,reasonably write teaching syllabi,strengthen safety awareness,standardize police life rescue technology,closely monitor frontline police situations,adjust teaching content in a timely manner,reform assessment methods,and effectively improve life rescue ability,Strengthen the development of police science and technology and equip new rescue products.The opinions and suggestions are aimed at providing reference and inspiration for public security colleges to better carry out the course of Police Water Rescue"and cultivate qualified police water rescue talents.
