我国五人制足球赛事发展的现实困境与纾解策略

摘　　要：我国五人制足球赛事体系在组织架构、竞赛水平、商业运营等方面已取得阶段性进展,但仍面临赛事体系断层、职业化程度不足、商业开发滞后以及区域发展失衡等核心问题。在赛事组织方面,职业联赛与业余赛事衔接不畅,导致人才输送出现断层;在竞赛体系方面,国际竞争力薄弱且青训赛事缺失,制约了竞技水平的提升;在商业运营方面,赛事赞助体系不完善与媒体传播乏力并存,影响了商业价值的转化;区域赛事格局呈现出沿海城市赛事密集与内陆地区参与不足的二元分化现象。针对上述问题,该文提出构建分级赛事体系、强化职业联赛建设、创新赛事运营模式、完善青少年竞赛梯队建设等策略,以推动五人制足球赛事的专业化、市场化发展。The five-a-side football tournament system in our country has made progress in organizational structure,competition level and commercial operation,etc.,but still faces core problems including fragmented tournament system,inadequate professionalization,lagging commercial development,and imbalanced regional development.In terms of event organization,the lack of smooth connection between professional leagues and amateur events has led to a gap in talent supply;In terms of competition system,weak international competitiveness and lack of youth training events have hindered the improvement of competitive level;In terms of commercial operation,the imperfect sponsorship system and weak media communication coexist,which affects the conversion of commercial value;The regional competition pattern presents a binary differentiation phenomenon of intensive competition in coastal cities and insufficient participation in inland areas.In response to the above issues,this study proposes strategies such as establishing multi-level competition system,enhancing professional league commercial value,innovating competition operation models,and optimizing the construction of youth competition teams to promote the professional and market-oriented five-a-side football matches.
