乡村振兴背景下农村体育公共服务供给的优化策略研究

摘　　要：在乡村振兴的时代背景下,农村体育公共服务对于提升农民健康素质、培育乡土文化自信以及推动农村经济多元化发展具有重要意义。该文采用文献研究法,梳理了相关理论成果与实践经验;通过实地调研法,对农村体育公共服务的基础设施建设、人才队伍建设、群众参与度、资金与政策支持等现状进行了深入剖析,进而发现了供给不足与不均衡、人才匮乏、供给方式单一等问题。研究内容涵盖从“精准特惠”到“长期普惠”的转型思路,以及完善基础设施、健全人才队伍、挖掘传统体育文化、创新供给模式、强化政策支持等关键举措。通过政府、市场与社会多方的协同合作,构建公平、多元、可持续的农村体育公共服务体系,可有效激发乡村发展活力,增强农民福祉与文化认同感,为乡村振兴与中国式现代化注入新动力。Under the background of rural revitalization,the rural sports public service is of great significance for improving the health quality of farmers,cultivating the confidence of local culture and promoting the diversified development of rural economy.The article uses literature research method to sort out related theoretical achievements and practical experience,through the field research method,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the current situation of infrastructure construction,talent team building,mass participation,capital and policy support of the present situation,and then find out the supply shortage and imbalance,lack of talents,single supply way.The research covers the transformation ideas from"precise preferential benefits"to"long-term universal benefits",as well as key measures such as improving infrastructure,improving talent team,exploring traditional sports culture,innovating supply mode,and strengthening policy support.Through the coordination of the government,the market and the society,building a fair,diversified and sustainable rural sports public service system can effectively stimulate the vitality of rural development,enhance the well-being of farmers and cultural identity of farmers,and inject new impetus into rural revitalization and Chinese path to modernization.
