摘 要:新时代体育强国背景下,民办高校体育师资队伍建设成为影响民办高校教学质量的重要因素。该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法进行深入研究。研究发现,广西民办高校体育师资队伍建设存在师资结构不合理、管理机制不健全、双师型教师匮乏、教师进修机会少等问题。为实现体育教师队伍建设可持续发展目标,需健全教师管理制度,构建合理的师资考核体系;拓宽人才引进渠道,提升师资队伍整体教学质量;创新考核评价机制,推进双师型师资队伍建设;构建多元化师资培训方式,强化教师教学能力。该研究旨在为广西民办高校体育师资队伍建设提供可行的参考。Under the background of building a sports power in the new era,the construction of sports teachers in private universities is an important factor affecting the teaching quality of private universities.This paper adopts the literature review method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods to conduct in-depth research.It is found that there are problems in the construction of physical education teachers in private universities in Guangxi,such as an unreasonable teacher structure,inadequate management mechanism,the shortage of dual qualified teachers,and limited opportunities for teacher training.To achieve the sustainable development goal of building a sports teacher team,it is necessary to improve the teacher management system and establish a reasonable teacher assessment system;It expands talent introduction channels and improves the overall teaching quality of the teaching staff;It innovates the assessment and evaluation mechanism,promotes the construction of double-qualified teachers team,constructs diversified teacher training methods and strengthens the teaching ability to provide feasible reference for the construction of physical education teachers in private universities in Guangxi.
