摘　　要：该文运用AGIL模型对冰雪体育人才供给路径进行了系统分析。通过适应、目标达成、整合和模式维持4个维度,探讨了冰雪体育人才供给的适切性、面临的阻力及高质量发展路径。研究发现,当前冰雪体育人才供给存在供需不平衡、职能界定不清晰、协同制度不完善等问题。基于此,该文提出了优化教育体系、强化政策支持、优化资源配置等策略,为构建科学高效的冰雪体育人才供给体系提供了理论依据和实践指导。This research uses AGIL model to analyze the supply path of ice and snow sports talents.Through the four dimensions of adaptation,goal achievement,integration and mode maintenance,the paper discusses the suitability of ice and snow sports talent supply,the resistance faced and the high-quality development path.It is found that the current supply of ice and snow sports talents is facing problems such as imbalance of supply and demand,unclear functional definition and imperfect coordination system.Based on this,this research puts forward strategies such as optimizing the education system,strengthening policy support and optimizing resource allocation,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for constructing a scientific and efficient ice and snow sports talent supply system.
