德育融入中学体育与健康教学的策略研究

摘　　要：体育能够为德育提供重要的教育平台,而德育则能增强体育教育的效果,两者相辅相成,共同促进教育合力的形成。因此,在体育与健康教学中融入德育,旨在实现以体育为媒介培养道德品质、以德育为动力促进体育发展的目标。该文阐述了德育融入中学体育与健康教学的重要意义,探讨了该过程中应遵循的基本原则,并提出了有效的融合策略。这些策略包括:从思想认识上提升对体育运动及德育融合的重视,积极在教学过程中渗透德育理念;结合体育课程的具体内容,根据学生个体差异实施有针对性的德育;依据学生的特点,采取个性化措施渗透德育;灵活运用体育教学资源,增强学生的坚韧意志;结合课外活动,丰富德育的形式与内容。该文旨在为相关教育工作者提供有益的参考。Physical education can provide a key educational platform for moral education,while moral education can promote the improvement of the effect of physical education.The two complement each other and help to form the joint force of educational synergy.Therefore,the integration of moral education and physical education and health teaching aims to achieve the goal of cultivating moral qualities through sports as a medium and promoting sports development through moral education as a driving force.This paper expounds the significance of the integration of physical education and health education and moral education,discusses the basic principles that should be followed in this process,and proposes effective integration strategies.These strategies include it enhances the emphasis on the integration of sports and moral education from an ideological perspective,actively infiltrating moral education concepts into the teaching process;it combines the specific content of physical education courses and implements targeted the moral education according to individual differences of students;it adopts personalized measures to infiltrate moral education based on the characteristics of students;it flexibly utilizes physical education teaching resources to enhance students'resilience and willpower;it combines the extracurricular activities to enrich the form and content of the moral education.This article aims to provide useful reference for relevant educators.
