运动康复专业的开设现状与发展对策研究

摘　　要：在《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的指导下,“运动是良医”的理念已逐渐获得广泛认可。随着人民生活水平的日益提高,通过非医疗手段提升全民健康素质的需求日益增强。运动康复专业因具有既懂体育又懂医学的交叉学科优势,逐渐显现出其重要性。尽管在运动康复专业的发展过程中,存在职业制度不健全、实习与就业不匹配、课程设置不合理、师资力量薄弱等诸多问题,但通过坚守课程教学核心地位,提升人才培养质量,这些问题正逐步得到解决。运动康复专业的健康发展,必将为健康中国的建设贡献更多力量。Under the guidance of the"Healthy China 2030"Plan Outline,the concept of"exercise is a good doctor"has gradually gained widespread recognition.With the increasing improvement of living standards of the people,the demand for improving the overall health quality of the whole people through non-medical means is gradually increasing.The importance of sports rehabilitation has gradually emerged due to its interdisciplinary advantage of understanding both sports and medicine.Although there are many problems in the development process of Sports Rehabilitation specialty,such as imperfect vocational system,mismatch of internship and employment,unreasonable curriculum setting,insufficient teachers and so on.However,by adhering to the core position of curriculum teaching,improving the quality of personnel training,these problems are gradually being solved.The healthy development of Sports Rehabilitation will undoubtedly contribute more to the construction of a healthy China.
