摘  要:该研究采用文献资料分析、专家访谈、实地调研等方法,基于“双减”政策视角,对家校社协同参与学校体育管理进行深入探讨,分析其价值、面临的现实困境,并提出重塑路径。其价值体现在:拓宽学生体育参与领域、促进家庭和睦与社会和谐、增强学校体育发展的凝聚力。现实困境包括:家长育人观念相对滞后、家庭体育与学校体育教育存在脱节现象、社区青少年公共体育服务体系开发不足、管理主体多样性导致家校社协同存在障碍。重塑路径为:强化家庭体育观念建设,提高家长体育参与积极性;严格落实“双减”政策精神与理念,激发学生体育发展新动能;推动社区体育服务体系建设,拓展青少年体育运动空间;完善一体化体育家庭作业体系,构建家校社协同育人的纽带。This study,employing methods such as literature review,expert interviews,and field research,deeply explores the family-school-community collaborative participation in school sports management from the perspective of the"Double Reduction"policy,and analyzes its value,current constraints,and proposes a reshaping path.Its value lies in:Broadening the field for students'sports participation,promoting family harmony and social harmony,enhancing the cohesion for the development of school sports.The practical dilemmas include:Parents'educational concepts relatively lag behind,family sports and school sports education are disconnected,the development of community public sports service systems for teenagers is insufficient,and the different management subjects create barriers to the collaboration among families,schools,and communities.Reshaping path:Strengthen the construction of family sports concept and enhance parents'enthusiasm for participating in sports;Strictly implement the spirit and concepts of the"Double Reduction"policy and stimulate new impetus for students'sports development;Promote the construction of community sports service systems and expand the space for teenagers'sports activities;Improve the integrated sports homework system and build a link for collaborative education between families,schools,and communities.
