摘 要:变截面桩因它具有承载力大、沉降小、抗震性能好等优势,在工程中得到广泛的应用。文中以泉州市新天城市广场项目为背景,研究了DX变截面桩的应用技术。研究表明基于建筑桩基技术规范提出的变截面桩竖向承载性能计算方法与现场静载荷试验绘制的单桩Q-s曲线和s-lgt曲线相接近,证实了理论计算的合理性;并采用ABAQUS有限元软件,模拟DX变截面桩和传统圆柱桩的受力分布特征,揭示了DX变截面桩在竖向荷载作用下,桩身独特特征所发挥的承载性能在时间和顺序上存在更加明显的特征。其研究成果对变截面桩的应用和推广提供理论和技术支撑。Variable cross-section piles have been widely used in engineering due to their advantages of high bearing capacity,low settlement,and excellent seismic performance.Taking the Xintian City Plaza project in Quanzhou as the case,we investigate the application technology of DX variable cross-section piles.The results indicate that the theoretical vertical bearing capacity calculation method for variable cross-section piles as specified in the building foundation code are closely aligned with Q-s and s-lgt curves of the single-pile obtained from static load tests,verifying the rationality of theoretical calculations.Additionally,ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the stress distribution characteristics of DX variable cross-section piles and traditional cylindrical piles under vertical loads,exhibiting unique load-bearing characteristics with distinct time-sequential behaviors,providing theoretical and technical support for the application and promotion of variable cross-section piles in engineering practice.
