摘 要:在国土空间规划的背景下,城市化的质量已成为城市规划领域的关注重点。城市交通体系的建设直接关系到城市化的质量,文中旨在通过分析哈尔滨市城市化与城市交通体系建设的耦合关系,揭示两者之间的协调发展规律,为未来的城市规划提供参考依据。从人口、经济、用地3个维度构建城市化与城市交通体系建设的评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,并利用耦合协调模型对2007—2022年哈尔滨市的城市化与城市交通体系建设的耦合度及耦合协调度进行定量分析。研究结果表明,哈尔滨市的城市化与城市交通体系建设经历了从无序发展到高水平耦合的多个阶段。2014年之前,两者处于失调状态,2014年后协调性快速提升,2019年达到优质协调,哈尔滨市的城市化与城市交通体系建设进入良性共振阶段。研究为哈尔滨市未来的城市规划提供新的分析视角,有助于促进多学科交叉融合,提升城市规划的合理性与长期可靠性。In the context of territorial spatial planning,the quality of urbanization has become a key focus in the field of urban planning.The development of urban transportation systems is directly related to the quality of urbanization.This paper aims to analyze the coupling relationship between urbanization and urban transportation system construction in Harbin,revealing the coordinated development patterns between the two,providing a reference for future urban planning.The evaluation index system for urbanization and urban transportation system construction is constructed from three dimensions:population,economy,and land use.The entropy method is used to determine the weight of each indicator,and a coupling coordination model is applied to quantitatively analyze the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of urbanization and urban transportation system construction in Harbin from 2007 to 2022.The study shows that Harbin's urbanization and urban transportation system construction have gone through several stages,from disordered development to a high level of coupling.Before 2014,the two were in an imbalanced state,but after 2014,the coordination level rapidly improved,reaching an optimal coordination level in 2019.Harbin's urbanization and urban transportation system construction entered a stage of positive resonance.This research provides a new analytical perspective for Harbin's future urban planning,helping to promote interdisciplinary integration and improving the rationality and long-term reliability of urban planning.
