摘 要:为深入研究基坑开挖对临近既有建筑的双排桩支护变形的影响规律,文中通过数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法,依托河南某深基坑工程,采用Midas GTS NX软件建立二维模型,对基坑坡顶水平位移、竖向位移以及深层土体水平位移进行系统分析。研究结果表明,临近既有建筑对基坑变形具有显著影响,其中在土体注浆加固范围内,水平位移最为稳定。通过对比数值模拟结果与现场实测数据,验证了模型的可靠性。进一步分析发现,前后排桩弯矩变化趋势一致,前排桩弯矩略大于后排桩,且在冠梁和连板的协同作用下,桩体与注浆加固土体形成整体受力体系,能有效抵抗土体变形,维持基坑稳定性,保障施工安全。研究结果可为临近既有建筑的深基坑工程设计、施工及变形控制提供理论依据和实践指导。To investigate the impact of foundation pit excavation on the deformation of double-row pile support structures adjacent to existing buildings,this study integrates numerical simulation and on-site monitoring.Based on a deep foundation pit project in Henan Province,a two-dimensional model is established using Midas GTS NX software to systematically analyze the horizontal displacement at the top of the slope,vertical displacement,and deep soil horizontal displacement.The results indicate that existing adjacent buildings significantly influence the deformation of the foundation pit,with the most stable horizontal displacement observed within the grouting reinforcement zone.By comparing numerical simulation results with field measurement data,the reliability of the model is validated.Further analysis reveals that the bending moment trends of the front and rear piles are consistent,with the front pile experiencing slightly higher bending moments.Under the synergistic effect of the crown beam and connecting plate,the piles and grouted reinforced soil form an integrated force-bearing system,effectively resisting soil deformation,maintaining foundation pit stability,and ensuring construction safety.The findings provide theoretical and practical guidance for the design,construction,and deformation control of deep foundation pit projects adjacent to existing buildings.
