摘　　要：非血栓性髂静脉压迫是继发性下肢浅静脉曲张的重要原因。对于合并非血栓性髂静脉压迫的下肢浅静脉曲张的治疗策略是临床医师广泛关注和困惑的问题。中国微循环学会周围血管疾病专业委员会经多次深入探讨,总结专家临床经验,对合并非血栓性髂静脉压迫的下肢浅静脉曲张的治疗达成共识,并查阅相关文献资料,结合实践制定出《合并非血栓性髂静脉压迫的下肢浅静脉曲张诊疗专家共识》,以期为临床医师治疗合并非血栓性髂静脉压迫的下肢浅静脉曲张提供参考。Non-thrombotic compression of iliac vein is an important cause of secondary superficial varicose veins of lower extremities.The treatment strategy for superficial varicose veins of lower extremity complicated with non-thrombotic iliac vein compression is a question of wide concern and confusion to clinicians.The Chinese Society of Microcirculation and Professional Committee of Vascular Disease has reached the consensus on the treatment of superficial varicose veins of the lower extremity with non-thrombotic iliac vein compression after many in-depth discussions and summations of expert clinical experience,and has consulted relevant literature and combined with practice to develop the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of superficial venous varicosity of the lower extremity with non-thrombotic iliac vein compression.In order to provide reference for clinicians to treat superficial varicose veins of lower extremity complicated with non-thrombotic iliac vein compression.
