肺癌根治术后患者血清降钙素原、D-二聚体水平与深静脉血栓的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平与肺癌根治术后患者发生深静脉血栓(DVT)的关系。方法收集2022年9月至2024年8月首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院收治的92例肺癌根治术后患者的临床资料。根据术后住院期间是否发生DVT将患者分为DVT组(n=15)和非DVT组(n=77)。收集所有患者的临床资料,通过分析肺癌根治术后患者发生DVT的危险因素,探讨血清PCT、D-D水平与肺癌根治术后患者发生DVT的关系。结果单因素分析结果显示,两组患者的PT、PCT水平和D-D水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,PT、血清PCT水平和血清D-D水平均为肺癌根治术后患者发生DVT的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05)。结论PT、血清PCT水平和血清D-D水平均与肺癌根治术后患者发生DVT有关,血清PCT水平和血清D-D水平对肺癌根治术患者术后发生DVT具有一定的预测价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum procalcitonin(PCT)and D-dimer(D-D)levels and deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with lung cancer after radical surgery.Method The clinical data of 92 lung cancer patients after radical surgery received by the Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from September 2022 to August 2024 were collected.The patients were divided into DVT group(n=15)and non DVT group(n=77)based on whether DVT occurred during postoperative hospitalization.The clinical data from all patients were collected,by analyzing the risk factors for DVT in patients after radical resection of lung cancer,this study explored the relationship between serum PCT level,serum D-D level and DVT in patients after radical resection of lung cancer.Result The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the PT,the level of serum PCT,and the level of serum D-D between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).The results of multiple factor analysis showed that PT,serum PCT level and serum D-D level were independent risk factors for DVT in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The PT,level of serum PCT and level of serum D-D are related to the occurrence of DVT in patients undergoing radical surgery for lung cancer.The levels of serum PCT and serum D-D have certain predictive value for the occurrence of DVT in patients undergoing radical surgery of lung cancer.
