摘　　要：目的探讨不同麻醉方式对椎间盘手术患者术后住院期间发生下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的影响。方法收集2021年9月至2023年8月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受椎间盘手术的196例患者的临床资料,按照术中采取的麻醉方式将患者分为全麻组(n=102)和非全麻组(n=94)。比较两组患者的手术持续时间、术中低体温发生率、术中出血量,以及术后住院期间下肢DVT及其他并发症的发生率。结果两组患者的手术持续时间、术中低体温发生率和术中出血量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。术后住院期间,全麻组患者下肢DVT的发生率高于非全麻组患者,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者感染、出血、头痛和恶心呕吐的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论全身麻醉会增加椎间盘手术患者术后住院期间发生下肢DVT的风险,但对感染、出血、头痛及恶心呕吐等其他并发症的发生风险无明显影响。Objective To investigate the effects of different anesthesia methods on the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in lower extremity during hospitalization after intervertebral disc surgery.Method The clinical data of 196 patients who underwent intervertebral disc surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2021 to August 2023 were collected.The patients were divided into general anesthesia group(n=102)and non-general anesthesia group(n=94)according to the anesthesia method used during the surgery.The duration of surgery,incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,intraoperative blood loss,and incidence of lower extremity DVT and other complications during hospitalization between two groups of patients were collected.Result There was no statistically significant difference in the duration of surgery,incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,and intraoperativeblood loss between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).During postoperative hospitalization,the incidence of lower extremity DVT in the general anesthesia group was higher than that in the non-general anesthesia group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of infection,bleeding,headache,and nausea and vomiting between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia increases the risk of lower extremity DVT during hospitalizationfor patients undergoing intervertebral disc surgery,but has no significant impact on the risk of other complications such as infection,bleeding,headache,nausea and vomiting.
