摘　　要：目的探讨术中干预对单髁置换患者术后发生下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防效果。方法收集2022年5月至2024年4月于徐州市中医院接受单髁置换的166例患者的临床资料,按照干预方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=83,术中给予常规治疗和护理)和观察组(n=83,在对照组基础上给予预防下肢DVT的措施)。比较两组患者的手术指标、主要指标、次要指标。结果观察组患者止血带压力低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者下肢DVT发生率为3.6%,低于对照组患者的13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者术后凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论术中干预可以显著降低单髁置换患者术后发生下肢DVT的风险,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of intraoperative intervention on deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity after unicompartmental replacement.Method The clinical data of 166 patients who received unicompartmental replacement in Xuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were collected.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into control group(n=83,conventional treatment and nursing during operation)and observation group(n=83,preventive measures for DVT of lower extremity were given on the basis of control group).The surgical indexes,primary indexes and secondary indexes were compared between the two groups.Result Tourniquet pressure in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb DVT in observation group was 3.6%,lower than 13.3%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in prothrombin time,activated partial thrombin time and visual analogue scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative intervention can significantly reduce the risk of lower extremity DVT in patients undergoing unicompartmental replacement surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
