摘 要:镀桶倾角是影响镀层质量的重要因素之一,为了解镀桶倾角对镀层质量的影响,通过离散元方法(DEM),分别建立镀桶施镀角度为0°、10°、20°、30°、40°、50°、60°模拟机械镀锌过程,分析总体能量损失及有效碰撞频率。依据仿真结果,采用机械镀锌法在不同镀桶倾角下制备工件,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征镀层的表面形貌,采用光学显微镜(OM)观察划格法下镀层结合强度,采用电化学分析仪对镀层进行电化学测试。结果表明,当镀桶倾角为30°时,所得镀锌工件镀层光滑平整,镀层致密区增大且缺陷少,镀层附着力为0级,自腐蚀电位为-1109 mV,镀层耐腐蚀性能提升。Barrel tilting angle is one of the important factors affecting the quality of galvanized layer.In order to understand the influence of barrel tilting angle on the quality of galvanized layer,the mechanical galvanizing process is simulated by the discrete element method(DEM)with the barrel application angles of 0°,10°,20°,30°,40°,50°,and 60°,respectively,to analyze the overall energy loss and the effective collision frequency.Based on the simulation results,the workpieces are prepared by mechanical galvanizing at different barrel tilting angles,and the surface morphology of the plated layer is characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the bonding strength of the plated layer is observed by optical microscope(OM)under the scribing method,and the plated layer is electrochemically tested by an electrochemical analyzer.The results show that when the tilt angle of the barrel is 30°,the resulting galvanized workpiece has a smooth and flat coating,the dense zone of the coating is increased and there are fewer defects,the adhesion of the coating is grade 0,the self-corrosion potential is-1109 mV,and the corrosion resistance of the coating is improved.
