基于离散元法对直补偿器管体进行水平振动填充的研究

摘  要:为解决高炉送风装置中直补偿器在实际生产过程中的性能不足问题,对直补偿器管体所用的耐火材料进行重新选取和配比,并采用水平振动的方式来降低耐火材料颗粒堆积后的孔隙率,使其更加密实。通过正交实验设计优化,利用极差法和方差法对试验结果分析,得出影响颗粒孔隙率下降幅度的振动因素顺序为振幅、频率、时间;分析得到最优振动参数为:振动频率80 Hz、振幅0.3 mm、振动时间6 s。经过实验验证,孔隙率下降幅度为1.73%,达到预期效果。In order to solve the problem of insufficient performance of the straight compensator in the actual production process of the blast furnace air supply device,this paper reselects and proportions the refractory material used in the tube body of the straight compensator,and uses the horizontal vibration method to reduce the porosity of the refractory particles after accumulation to make it more compact.Through the optimization of orthogonal experimental design,the range method and variance method are used to analyze the test results,and the order of vibration factors affecting the decrease of particle porosity is as amplitude,frequency and time.The optimal vibration parameters obtained by analysis are:vibration frequency 80 Hz,amplitude 0.3 mm,vibration time 6 s.Experiments show that the porosity decreases by 1.73%,which achieves the expected effect.
