摘  要:为提高火炮的机动性,将火炮单筒身管改造为自紧身管是一种有效途径。基于数值仿真手段,对某型大口径地面火炮单筒身管的自紧化改造进行了分析,研究标明:自紧度为0.7,采用全长自紧时,身管强度平均提高60%,材料强度极限可降低为原来的77%,身管质量减轻54%;采用局部自紧时(自紧大约一半长度),身管强度平均提高28%,材料强度极限降低余量很小,身管质量减轻47%。要指出的是,研究是基于第三强度理论进行的,这需要推导基于第三强度理论的单筒身管安全系数;计算身管质量时需要借助圆台公式逐段计算;自紧身管外形调整采用了经验方法。研究可为目前大口径火炮单筒身管的自紧化改造提供借鉴。To improve the maneuverability of artillery,it is an effective way to transform the single barrel of the artillery into a self tightening tube.Based on numerical simulation method,an analysis is conducted on the tightening transformation of a single barrel of a large caliber ground gun.The study shows that with a self tightening degree of 0.7,when using full length self tightening method,the barrel strength is increased by 60%on average,the material strength limit can be reduced to 77%,and the barrel weight is reduced by 54%;when using local self-tightening(about half the length of the tube),the average strength of the barrel is increased by 28%,the margin of material strength limit reduction is small,and the weight of the barrel is reduced by 47%.It should be pointed out that the research is based on the third strength theory,which needs to derive the safety factor of single barrel based on the third strength theory.When calculating the weight of the barrel,it is necessary to use the circular formula to calculate section by section.Empirical method is used to adjust the shape of the self tighting tube.The research can provide reference for the self tightening transformation of single barrel of large caliber gun at present.
