摘 要:针对目前数字孪生技术在钢铁领域应用不明确、落地应用少、虚实映射不全面等问题,文中提出了一种基于数字孪生模型的板带轧机状态监测方法。首先,研究轧机运行所需数据的采集、传输与存储方案;其次,构建面向轧制过程的轧机数字孪生体,可视化呈现轧机轧辊动态变化过程;最后,以某厂轧机为例,基于Blender搭建孪生空间,对技术方法进行验证。结果表明,孪生轨迹与实测数据一致,验证了所提映射模型的可行性和准确性。In view of the current problems such as unclear application of digital twin technology in the steel field,few landing applications,and incomplete virtual and real mapping,this paper proposes a condition monitoring method of strip rolling mill based on digital twin model.Firstly,the scheme of data acquisition,transmission and storage for rolling mill operation is studied.Secondly,the digital twin of rolling mill for rolling process is constructed,and the dynamic change process of rolling mill roll is visually presented.Finally,taking a rolling mill as an example,the twin space is built based on Blender software to verify the technical method.The results show that the twin trajectory is consistent with the measured data,which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed mapping model.
