摘　　要：为客观、准确地评价城市燃气门站管道的风险,提出一种基于改进的层次分析法和灰色综合评价的城市燃气门站管道风险评价方法。在该方法中,通过专家指导与统计分析,构建了城市燃气门站管道风险评价体系。先采用改进的层次分析法求解各评价指标的权重,然后用多层次灰色综合评价法(Multilevel Gray Comprehensive Evaluation,MGCE)确定城市燃气门站管道的风险等级。对沈阳市某城市燃气门站管道进行风险分析,求得其风险等级为中等风险。经专家检验,该评价结果能较好地反映管道风险的实际情况。To objectively and accurately evaluate the risk of urban gas gate station pipelines,this paper proposes a risk assessment method for urban gas gate station pipelines based on improved analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation.In this method,a risk assessment system for urban gas gate station pipelines is constructed through expert guidance and statistical analysis.Firstly,the improved analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of each evaluation index,and then the multi-level gray comprehensive evaluation(MGCE)is used to determine the risk level of urban gas gate station pipelines.A risk analysis is conducted on a gas gate station pipeline in a certain city of Shenyang,and the risk level is determined to be moderate.After expert inspection,the evaluation results can better reflect the actual situation of pipeline risks.
