摘  要:为了保证太阳电池翼在展开、收拢过程的可靠性,针对可靠性问题进行相应优化设计,对太阳电池翼驱动可靠性进行了分析。首先,对太阳电池翼的结构组成和工作原理进行了分析,明确动力传动机构为分析重点;其次,调研了太阳电池翼的失效模式,在此基础上进行了可靠性指标分析,提出了驱动可靠度表达式;最后,推导了驱动可靠度的功能函数,并通过实际案例进行可靠性分析求解。结果表明:影响驱动可靠度的主要因素是因温度而引起的齿轮膨胀变形和加工、装配误差,可以通过调整相应参数来提高驱动可靠度。In order to ensure the reliability of the solar cell wing during the process of expansion and folding,the corresponding optimization design is carried out to solve the reliability problem,and the driving reliability of the solar cell wing expansion mechanism is analyzed.Firstly,the structure composition and working principle of solar cell wing are analyzed,and the power transmission mechanism is defined as the focus of analysis.Secondly,the failure mode of the solar wing is investigated,and then the reliability index is analyzed,and the expression of driving reliability is put forward.Finally,the function of driving reliability is derived,and the reliability analysis is solved by practical cases.The results show that the main factors affecting the driving reliability are the gear expansion deformation caused by temperature,machining and assembly errors.The driving reliability can be improved by adjusting the corresponding parameters.
