摘  要:针对航天火箭法兰盖的结构特性与加工要求,确定了修形设备的机床结构与夹具结构。通过静力学与模态分析,评估了整体结构的变形量及危险位置,并分析了刀具运动模块的共振频率。对比有载荷和无载荷条件下的模态分析结果,揭示了刀具运动机构的自振频率特性,表明自振频率主要由结构自身属性决定。此外,通过静力学和模态分析,识别了结构危险位置并评估了变形量,确保了修形过程的稳定性。研究结果表明,该装置能够满足加工精度和一致性要求,显著提高了航天火箭法兰盖的加工效率和火箭发射的可靠性。According to the structural characteristics and processing requirements of the space rocket flange cover,the material and structural size of the modified flange cover,this paper determines the appropriate machine tool structure and fixture structure.The static and modal analysis of the whole structure is carried out to analyze the dangerous position and obtain the deformation,and the modal analysis of the tool motion module is carried out to obtain the frequency that is easy to cause resonance.The modal analysis results of the modification device under load and without load are analyzed,and not only the natural frequency of the tool motion mechanism is obtained,but also the properties of the object itself are obtained by the natural frequency of the object in the comparative analysis.In addition,the system identifies dangerous locations of the structure through static and modal analysis,evaluates the amount of deformation,and ensures the stability of the modification process.The processing accuracy and consistency index of the device are ensured,and the processing effect of the space rocket flange cover and the reliability of the rocket launch are improved.
