摘　　要：对UL 60335-1和UL 60335-2-40标准中适用于北美空调产品中非金属结构部件的耐热与阻燃要求进行解读,涉及到试验、阻燃等级认证和适用于免除条款三种方式来保证设计符合性。对标准的解读及项目应用案例的分析表明,通过规划产品使用非金属结构部件,选择阻燃等级恰当的材料或部件,并根据标准要求对部件进行合理归类,可以减少或避免进行试验验证,并保证产品满足耐热与阻燃的要求。This paper interprets the heat resistance and flame retardant requirements of UL 60335-1 and UL 60335-2-40 standards applicable to non-metallic structural components in North American air conditioning products,involving three ways:testing,flame retardant grade certification and application of exemption clauses to ensure design compliance.The interpretation of the standard and the analysis of the project application cases show that by planning the use of non-metallic structural parts in the product,selecting the appropriate flame retardant grade of materials or components,and reasonably classifying the parts according to the requirements of the standard,the test verification can be reduced or avoided,and the product can meet the requirements of heat resistance and flame retardant.
