摘  要:针对大尺寸高强度波纹管缺乏检测设备的问题,提出了一种最大试验载荷约为1000 kN的疲劳寿命试验机。根据设计要求,结合实际使用情况,利用三维软件建立试验机模型。并通过ANSYS Workbench软件中的静态结构分析模块对试验机结构进行有限元仿真分析,模拟试验机工况。结果表明:在试验机最大运行压力下,有限元分析得出的应力最大值远小于结构材料的屈服强度。因此试验机的设计满足所需要求,为波纹管检测技术标准的发展提供了试验基础。In order to solve the problem of insufficient detection device for large-size high-strength corrugated pipes,a fatigue testing machine capable of exerting a force value of approximately 1000 kN is proposed.According to the design requirements and the actual use,the three-dimensional software is used to establish the testing machine model.The static structural analysis module in ANSYS Workbench software is used to simulate the working conditions of the testing machine by finite element simulation of the testing machine structure.The results show that the maximum stress value obtained by finite element analysis is still much smaller than the yield strength of the structural material under the maximum operating pressure of the testing machine.Therefore,the design of the testing machine meets the required requirements and provides a test basis for the development of technical standards for bellows testing.
