摘 要:为了避免汽车制动钳出现制动抖动现象,根据制动钳在某项目整车路试的试验情况,对引起制动抖动的原因进行分析。通过理论结合试验,优化制动钳密封槽设计,增加制动钳的盘片间隙,同时在支架和摩擦块锤头之间增加润滑脂,减小制动钳滑移力。分析结果表明,增大制动钳盘片间隙及降低壳体移动力对制动抖动现象有很大的改善作用。In order to avoid brake judder in the automobile brake caliper,this paper analyzes the reason of braking judder according to the road test situation of caliper for one project.Combined theory knowledge and actual test results,we optimize the design of caliper sealing slot to increase the clearance between disc and pad,and add the oil between anchor slot and pad hammer head to decrease the housing sliding force.The analysis results show that increasing clearance between pad and disc and decreasing the housing sliding force have a great effect on improving the brake judder phenomenon.
