摘 要:与两驱SUV相比,四驱SUV的传动系统更多,零部件匹配难度更大,电控系统更复杂,导致整车NVH性能开发的难度更大。针对某适时四驱车型项目开发过程中遇到的整车加速振动大的问题,通过主观评价,并结合阶次分析、传动系统模态分析等方法,对问题产生的真因进行详细分析和验证,并从工程化角度,分别提出了优化发动机标定策略和后主减总成刚体模态的措施,并进行了相应的分析、验证研究,验证结果证明所提方案对于改善整车加速振动现象有重要贡献。该问题的分析和处理过程,为工程技术人员项目开发提供了重要参考。Compared to two-wheel drive SUVs,four-wheel drive SUVs have more transmission systems,more difficult component matching,and more complex electronic control systems,so the development of vehicle NVH performance is more difficult.This paper focuses on the problem of large acceleration vibration of an automatic four-wheel drive vehicle model encountered during the project development process.Through subjective evaluation,combined with order analysis,transmission system modal analysis and other methods,a detailed analysis and verification of the root cause of the problem are carried out.From an engineering perspective,measures are proposed to optimize the engine calibration strategy and the rigid body mode of the rear main reduction assembly,and corresponding analysis and verification research are conducted.The verification results prove that the proposed scheme has an important contribution to improve the acceleration vibration phenomenon of the entire vehicle.The analysis and handling process of this problem provides important references for engineering and technical personnel in project development.
