塔式起重机故障与处理办法的项目管理分析

摘　　要：针对塔式起重机在使用过程中可能出现的各种故障,分析了塔式起重机的基本原理和结构,并给出相应的处理办法。文中提出一套塔式起重机项目管理模型,包括塔式起重机预防性维护、故障诊断与修复、管理台账和操作人员培训等,旨在为塔式起重机的运营和维护提供一套科学有效的解决方案。In view of the various faults that may occur in the use of tower cranes,the basic principles and structures of tower cranes are analyzed,and the corresponding treatment methods are given.This paper proposes a set of tower crane project management model,including tower crane preventive maintenance,fault diagnosis and repair,management ledger and operator training,etc.,which provides a set of scientific and effective solutions for the operation and maintenance of tower cranes.
