摘　　要：通过使用金刚石钻具对氧化铝陶瓷材料的小孔加工进行研究,探究钻孔过程工件与钻具的损伤情况,分析工件与钻具的损伤机理,并通过观测分析陶瓷孔和金刚石钻具的损伤情况,总结了不同加工参数变化对钻孔加工质量的影响规律。The small holes on the alumina ceramic materials are processed by diamond drilling tools,the damage of the workpiece and the drilling tool during the drilling process is explored,the damage mechanism of the workpiece and the drilling tool is analyzed,and the influence of different processing parameters on the drilling quality is summarized by observing and analyzing the damage of the ceramic hole and the diamond drilling tool.
