摘 要:通过添加0.2%具有水包油乳化性能(HLB=10~14)的聚甘油-10脂肪酸酯到低黏(2100~2290 mPa·s)乳液中,通过稳定性、微观结构、表面张力、质地和肤感评价测试,结果表明,添加0.2%聚甘油-10脂肪酸酯的乳液稳定性增强;水包油胶束分布均匀,并且带直链结构的脂肪酸酯分散性更好;含聚甘油-10油酸酯、聚甘油-10肉豆蔻酸酯和聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯的乳液表面张力较低。通过黏度计和质构仪测试乳液质地发现,含聚甘油-10油酸酯乳液的粘性和拉丝长度均最小。从5个维度进行肤感评价,结果显示含聚甘油-10油酸酯乳液的肤感最佳。By adding 0.2%polyglycerol-10 fatty acid ester with the emulsifying property of oil in water(HLB=10~14)to low-viscosity(2100~2290 mPa·s)emulsion,the stability,microstructure,surface tension,texture,and skin feel were evaluated.The results showed that the stability of the emulsions was enhanced by the addition of 0.2%polyglycerol-10 fatty acid esters;the oil-in-water micelles were uniformly distributed and the fatty acid esters with straight-chain structures were better dispersed.Meanwhile,the surface tension of the emulsions containing polyglycerol-10 oleate,polyglycerol-10 myristate,and polyglycerol-10 stearate was much lower than that of others.Emulsion texture testing by viscometer and texturometer revealed that the polyglycerol-10 oleate-containing emulsions had the least viscosity and stringiness.Skin feel evaluation in five dimensions showed that polyglycerol-10 oleate-containing emulsions had the best skin feel.
