摘　　要：介绍了植物纯露的研究历程,概括了植物纯露的提取方法,总结了文献报道的约56种植物纯露的活性成分并分析了其功效和应用性,以期为植物纯露提取和成分分析的研究提供理论支撑。Research history of plant hydrosols was introduced,the extraction methods of plant hydrosols was reviewed,the active ingredients of about 56 plant hydrosols reported in the literature was summarized,and their efficacy and applicability was analyzed.This study would provide theoretical support for the research on plant hydrosol extraction and component analysis.
