摘 要:为提高厩肥与颗粒肥的混肥均匀度,实现肥料的高效混合施加,设计一种厩肥与颗粒肥混合排肥装置。阐述该装置的结构组成和工作原理,分析肥料颗粒在混合排肥装置上的运动情况,利用EDEM软件模拟分析厩肥与颗粒肥混合排肥过程,以刮板轴转速、搅龙轴转速、外槽轮排肥轴转速、颗粒肥排肥口与搅龙排肥口水平距离为试验因素,以混肥均匀度为试验指标进行正交仿真试验设计,确定4个试验因素对混肥均匀度影响的显著性及主次顺序。试验结果表明,厩肥与颗粒肥混合排肥装置最优参数组合:刮板轴转速为20.00 r/min、搅龙轴转速为184.00 r/min、外槽轮排肥轴转速为52.00 r/min、颗粒肥排肥口与搅龙排肥口水平距离为816.00 mm,此时混肥均匀度为92.99%。对最优参数组合进行试验验证,平均混肥均匀度为95.32%,与数值模拟最优值相比,平均误差为2.50%。为厩肥与颗粒肥混合排肥装置设计提供参考。In order to improve the uniformity of mixed manure and granular manure and realize the efficient mixed application of manure,a device for mixing manure and granular manure was designed.The structure and working principle of the device were described,and the movement of manure particles on the mixed discharge device was analyzed.The mixed discharge process of manure and pellet manure was simulated by using EDEM software.The experimental factors were the speed of scraper shaft,auger shaft,outer groove wheel shaft,and horizontal distance between pellet and auger outlet.The orthogonal simulation experiment was designed with the uniformity of mixed fertilizer as the test index,and the significance and primary and secondary order of the influence of four test factors on the uniformity of mixed fertilizer were determined.The results showed that the optimal parameter combination of the mixed manure and particle fertilizer device was as follows:the speed of the scraper shaft was 20.00 r/min,the speed of the auger shaft was 184.00 r/min,the speed of the outer tank wheel was 52.00 r/min,the horizontal distance between the particle fertilizer outlet and the auger outlet was 816.00 mm,and the uniformity of the mixed fertilizer was 92.99%.The optimal parameter combination was tested and verified.The average blending uniformity was 95.32%,and the average error was 2.50%compared with the optimal value of numerical simulation.This paper provides reference for the design of mixed manure discharging device.
