摘 要:针对打结器国产化研究过程中缺乏试验设备支撑打结器打结过程研究、打结器性能测试及可靠性试验等问题,设计可视化绳打结装置试验系统。结合方草捆打捆机绳打捆机构的结构和工作原理,开展成结机械系统、控制系统、数据采集处理系统的设计及关键部件的选型,搭建该试验系统。对试验系统进行运行测试和对国产打结器进行可靠性试验。结果表明,试验台能够实现在实验室模拟打结器连续打结作业,其打结效率为6结/min,并且可以获得捆绳拉力、夹绳力、主轴扭矩和转速等参数,采用高速摄影技术可以清晰对打结器的打结过程进行记录;通过对自主研发的DJQ01D型打结器进行20000多个打结试验,验证该打结器成结率≥99%,平均首次故障前工作时间MTTFF≥12000结,并且在试验过程中主要零部件未出现明显磨损、变形、折断等现象。In response to the lack of experimental equipment to support the research on the knotting process,performance testing,and reliability testing of the knotter during the localization of the knotter,a test system of visual rope knotting device was designed.Based on the structure and working principle of the rope tying mechanism of the square grass bundling machine,the design of the knotting mechanical system,control system,data acquisition and processing system,and the selection of key components were carried out,and the test system was established.Through running tests on the test bench and conducting reliability tests on domestic knotters,the test results show that the test bench can simulate the continuous knotting operation of the knotter in the laboratory,with a knotting efficiency of 6 knots per minute.It can also obtain parameters such as rope tension,rope clamping force,spindle torque,and rotational speed.The knotting process of the knotter can be recorded clearly by using high speed photography technology.Through more than 20000 knot tying tests on the self-developed DJQ01D knot tying device,it is verified that the knot forming rate of the knot tying device is more than 99%,the average working time before the first failure is more than 12000 knots,and the main parts do not appear obvious wear,deformation,break and other phenomena during the test.
