摘 要:针对机采棉加工环节质量信息链断裂、可追溯性差的问题,提出一种基于标识解析的质量追溯方法。分析棉花加工过程各环节的全要素信息,构建棉花加工厂人、机、料、法、环、测的标识物元模型,设计一种机采棉数据存储和检索的层次编码方法,为机采棉加工过程每个关键节点赋予唯一编码,实现机采棉加工过程全要素信息的结构化关联;通过建立机采棉收购、分垛、加工、包装、标识和销售出库全生命周期过程的Petri追溯网络,能够精准分析机采棉质量问题的传播路径,快速定位机采棉质量异常的来源和产生原因;基于工业互联网标识解析体系和上述质量追溯模型,开发机采棉质量追溯系统,并对比系统测试时间与标识追溯时间。结果表明,Hbase数据库在所提追溯方法中具有良好的表现,且追溯时间分别是MySql、SQL Server与Elasticsearch的2.1倍、1.8倍和1.2倍,实现机采棉生产全流程质量的高效溯源和管控。In order to address the problems of broken quality information chain and poor traceability in machine-picked cotton processing,a quality traceability method based on identification resolution was proposed.By analyzing the information of all elements in each link of the cotton processing process,the marker matter-element model of man,machine,material,method,loop and measurement in the cotton processing plant was constructed.A hierarchical coding method for the storage and retrieval of machine-picked cotton data was designed,and a unique code was assigned to each key node of the machine-picked cotton processing process to realize the structured correlation of the information of all elements of the machine-picked cotton processing process.By establishing Petri traceability network of the whole lifecycle process of the machine-picked cotton acquisition,palletizing,processing,packaging,labeling and sales out of the warehouse,the propagation path of machine-picked cotton quality problems can be precisely analyzed,and the sources and causes of machine-picked cotton quality anomalies can be quickly located.Finally,based on the industrial Internet identity resolution system and the above quality traceability model,a machine-picked cotton quality traceability system is developed,and the system is tested through system testing and comparison with labeling traceback time,in which Hbase database has a good performance in the proposed traceability method,and the traceability time is 2.1,1.8 and 1.2 times of the traceability time of MySql,SQL Server and Elasticsearch respectively,which realizes the efficient traceability and control of the quality of the whole process of machine-picked cotton production.
