摘　　要：与常规瘢痕治疗方法相比,超声治疗皮肤瘢痕具有副作用小、舒适度高的优势。然而,目前市面上的治疗仪器多用于深层组织修复,输出波形单一,缺乏专门用于皮肤瘢痕修复的设备。本文设计了一款3.0 MHz的超声治疗仪,用于皮肤瘢痕治疗,体积小巧,便于患者居家使用。该设计采用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,通过直接数字频率合成技术生成3.0MHz的高频正弦信号,调制后经BUF634T功率放大模块驱动超声换能器,实现输出声强、脉冲占空比和治疗时长均可调,同时具备空载保护功能。测试结果表明,该治疗仪的输出声强稳定,技术指标符合我国医药行业标准,具有良好的市场应用前景。Compared with conventional scar treatment,ultrasound treatment for skin scars has the advantage of fewer side effects and high comfort.However,most of the treatment instruments on the market are used for deep tissue repair,with a single output waveform,and there is a lack of equipment specifically for skin scar repair.In this paper,a 3.0 MHz ultrasound therapy device is designed for skin scar treatment,which is small in size and convenient for patients to use at home.The design uses STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip,generates a 3.0 MHz high-frequency sinusoidal signal through direct digital frequency synthesis technology,and drives the ultrasonic transducer through the BUF634T power amplifier module after modulation,so that the output sound intensity,pulse duty cycle and treatment duration can be adjusted,and at the same time has the function of no-load protection.The test results show that the output sound intensity of the therapeutic instrument is stable,and the technical indicators are in line with the standards of China’s pharmaceutical industry,and it has a good market application prospect.
