摘 要:能耗水平是炼油综合经济和工艺技术水平的重要指标,而加热炉作为主要的能源转换设备,在炼油综合能耗中约有1/3是通过加热炉转化和消耗的。如何降低加热炉的能耗节能已成为当务之急。因此,本文根据管式加热炉的工作原理和构造,建立加热炉辐射室数学燃烧模型。模拟计算出解决能耗问题的炉膛温度和热效率,以提高加热炉热效率,最大程度地减少加热的能源消耗,将作为本文的核心方向,同时这也对加热炉炉膛温度控制方面的研究有很重要的意义。The energy consumption level is an important indicator of the comprehensive economy and technology level of refining,and the heating furnace is the main energy conversion equipment,about 1/3 of the comprehensive energy consumption of refining is converted and consumed through the heating furnace.How to reduce the energy consumption of the heating furnace has become a top priority.Therefore,according to the working principle and structure of tubular heating furnace,the mathematical combustion model of radiation chamber of heating furnace is established.Computing the furnace temperature and thermal efficiency to solve the energy consumption problem,in order to improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace and minimize the energy consumption of heating,will be the core direction of this paper,which is also of great significance to the temperature control of the heating furnace.
