摘 要:浮杯泵作为液压领域的新型元件,相较于传统轴向柱塞泵它具有效率高、压力脉动低、结构紧凑等优点,以其独特的结构成为当今的重要研究热点之一。本文基于AMESim平台,针对浮杯式轴向柱塞泵的工作原理和动力学特性,建立了详细的仿真模型。首先分析了新型浮杯泵的结构特点、工作原理,结合液压元件的非线性特性,采用AMESim多领域仿真技术,搭建了浮杯泵单塞模型及整泵模型,同时对仿真模型进行了理论分析,确保模型准确。该模型模拟了浮杯泵在不同工况下的动态响应,研究其在不同滚筒板倾角下的流量情况、压力波动情况及柱塞受力情况等。该研究为浮杯式轴向柱塞泵的设计与优化提供了理论依据,并为液压系统的工程应用提供了有效的仿真工具和参考。As a new type of component in the hydraulic field,floating cup pump has the advantages of high efficiency,low-pressure pulsation,and compact structure compared with traditional axial piston pumps.Its unique structure has become one of the important research hotspots today.Based on the AMESim platform,this paper establishes a detailed simulation model for the working principle and dynamic characteristics of floating cup axial piston pump.Firstly,the structural characteristics and working principle of the new floating cup pump are analyzed,combined with the nonlinear characteristics of hydraulic components,and AMESim multi-domain simulation technology is used to build a single plug model of the floating cup pump and the whole pump model.At the same time,the simulation model is theoretically analyzed to ensure that the model is accurate.This model simulates the dynamic response of the floating cup pump under different operating conditions,and studies its flow rate,pressure fluctuation,plunger force,etc.under different drum plate inclination angles.This research provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of floating cup axial piston pumps,and provides an effective simulation tool and reference for the engineering application of hydraulic systems.
