摘  要:再生水滴灌正在成为一种行之有效应对水资源不足的解决方案,然而,滴头堵塞限制了这种方法的使用和发展。许多研究发现,滴灌系统中微生物的再生繁殖诱发启动了滴管堵塞,滴灌系统再生水中的微生物、有机物、悬浮颗粒物等可以形成一个微生态系统,这个微生态系统的改变与灌水器堵塞紧密相关。文章总结了国内外有关滴灌系统中的微生态系统变化与滴头堵塞相关性的研究,分析了微生态系统的形成、发展和变化,并对其变化机理进行了讨论,以寻求解决滴灌中生物堵塞的新方法。Drip irrigation with reclaimed water has become an effective method to solve the scarcity of water resources.However,the clogging of emitter has limited the application and development of this approach.The reasons of causing clogging were divided into physical,chemical and biological factors.Many evidences indicates that the microbial regeneration made the drip tube clogging,and formed a system of mutual influence matrix that composed of microbial,organic matters and particulate matters of reclaimed water in drip irrigation.The development and dynamic changing of this system should be close coreelate with the emitter clogging.Therefore,this paper conducted the research of domestic and foreign on the clogging of drip irrigation that related with microbial ecosystem,and analyzed the formation,development and changing of the mircobial ecosystem in drip irrigation system.The new method to study the changing mechanism of microbiom has also been discussed to provide novel mitigation strategies for microbiom clogging problems.
